WHY TESTIFY: Governor Hochul has slow-rolled imperative climate progress by failing to release regulations for the state's cap and invest program. As a result, she's held back millions from communities that need climate justice and resiliency funding now.
We're organizing mobilizations for these regulatory hearings in June to let the Governor know NYers demand she "Release the Regs!"
