The project proposes to replace the former home of the Toyota of Hollywood dealership with 350 residential units, including 44 units dedicated for Very-Low Income households, neighborhood serving retail, office space, and more. This is exactly the kind of dense, urban infill development that Los Angeles needs. It adds homes where they're needed most and creates opportunities for people to live near jobs, mass transit, and community amenities.
6000 Hollywood Blvd will be considered by the LA City Zoning Administrator and Advisory Agency at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, July 16th at a hearing held virtually by Zoom or dial-in.
Project highlights:
