The Movement for Black Lives has issued a call to gather and explore how best to confront and dismantle white supremacy. This is an urgent action request on behalf of Indivisible Guide for our white & non-black POC members to attend a workshop on the most effective ways to address and dismantle white supremacy in the wake of Charlottesville and beyond.

We will gather on Saturday, August 19, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. to attend a workshop, where our white members can discuss their questions, concerns, doubts, frustrations, and ways forward in resisting fascism and white supremacy in the United States. The workshop will be co-facilitated by Erica Chenoweth and Marie Berry. Each participant will leave the workshop with resources and opportunities for action by which to effectively practice solidarity and confront racism in our communities.
