2026 is a breaking point—and a turning point. People are naming the harm, the fear, and the injustice all around us. Complaints alone will not protect our communities. Awareness without action will not stop what is coming. What this moment demands is organized, collective response.

We need more voices—not fewer. Every lived experience holds power. Your knowledge, your story, your skills matter. They are tools for survival and liberation. Whether you are ready to speak out, show up consistently, organize behind the scenes, support mutual aid, or learn through political education, there is a role for you here.
We serve the Greater Capital Region of New York, work with statewide and national partners, and are a member organization of the Movement for Black Lives. Everyone is welcome.

All Of Us is a Black-led grassroots community organization committed to Black Liberation and the dismantling of all forms of racism, oppression, and exploitation. We prioritize the leadership and voices of people who have been—and continue to be—marginalized across the Greater Capital Region of New York.
Through community-building, political education, leadership development, mutual aid, and coalition work, All Of Us brings neighbors together across difference to build collective power and create lasting change.
