AUWU Winter Meetups
At our last meeting, we heard a broad consensus for getting to know our local AUWU members in-person, and to start equipping ourselves with resources for organising and supporting our comrades.
We've been hard at work to get this support going, and we've had AUWU scarves and beanies made to give out to unemployed workers at these meetups, as well as a raft of new factsheets to hand out as well. We're also keen to support these meets with food and venue logistics.
Please let us know via this form any suggestions or activities you have in mind and how you'd like to be involved, whether as a lead organiser, open to doing some support tasks, have any suggestions or activities in mind, or if you'd simply like to attend one but don't have the capacity to organise just at the minute). We want to get a sense of numbers in your area and plan accordingly.
