Become a Member of Nuclear Free WA
Nuclear Free WA is a member based organisation - we accept both individual and organisational members. Members have voting rights and contribute both financially and through their time and involvement in the Nuclear Free campaigns. We are a volunteer based organisation and rely on volunteers and members to do the important work needed to keep WA nuclear free.
To become a member fill in the form here. Once we've received the form there is a process where the committee approves new members. You will then receive notices to meetings and we hope you can become more involved. We look forward to welcoming you to be part of the important movement to keep WA nuclear free.
Some notes on membership from our constitution.
- If the organisation winds up members have a legal liability of $1;
- Applications for membership are subject to approval of the NFWA committee and the general membership;
- To apply for DGR status, we need a minimum of 50 members;
- Incorporated organisations can be members and be represented by a nominated person.
