Connecticut Renews: For a More Just, More Sustainable & More Equitable Connecticut
Low-income and communities of color are exposed to greater pollution; contaminated air, water and soil, and are more vulnerable to the impacts of climate change like heat and flooding. Connecticut Renews is committed to addressing these impacts and investing in a more just, equitable and sustainable future for Connecticut. We’re working for:
Clean Air, Clean Water, and a Healthy Environment for All
An End to Fossil Fuel Expansion
Stable and Healthy Housing
Energy Efficiency and 100% Renewable Energy for Communities
Food Justice
Centering Front Line Communities:
It is essential that this work be grounded and centered in dismantling systemic racism, and driven by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
