The Cultural Diversity Group is a cross-factional network of NSW Labor members from culturally diverse backgrounds who are advocating for a more diverse and representative Labor Party.

Our successful advocacy led to the recognition of underrepresentation as a problem at the 2021 NSW Labor Conference and agreement to our proposals to implement a Diversity Fellowship and undertake data collection.
