As you probably know, Energy Super (ESIFS) and LGIA have announced a merger.

Staff at ESIFS are currently negotiating their first Enterprise Agreement (EA) and are working towards better pay and conditions.

Industry Funds generally have set a high bar for pay, leave, super severance and other entitlements. Unfortunately ESIFS staff have been at the lower end for some time but this is changing.

We want to know what's important to you! Soon we will all be in this together and we should work as a team to ensure that we are compensated fairly for our hard work.
