CBA is taking a knife to our Bankwest Enterprise Agreement (EA) – they have proposed over 40 changes to our EA that cuts hard fought for working conditions and completely ignores what we’ve said is important to us in our Log of Claims.

• They will not guarantee there will be no more job cuts at Bankwest.
• They will not guarantee the 50% in-office mandate won't increase.
• They don’t care that our wages have gone backwards with the increased cost of living.
• They want to cut entitlements and give lower pay increases for those who earn more.
• And much, much more.

We’re proud to work at Bankwest and have contributed many years of loyal and dedicated service to the brand – don’t let them turn Bankwest into CBA Lite.

If we want to protect our Bankwest culture and identity, and win fair pay increases and genuine flexibility in the workplace, we’ll have to fight for it NOW.
