UPDATE FRIDAY 21.11.2025: WE REGRET TO ADVISE THAT THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL 2026 (DATE TBA) DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER PREDICTED: 20 KNOT WINDS MAKING IT UNSAFE FOR KAYAKING AND LOW TEMPERATURES (20 DEGREES / FEEL LIKE 13 DEGREES) AND GUSTY WINDS ALSO MAKING A BEACH ONLY ACTIVITY UNVIABLE.

Event Details
Date & Time: Sunday 23 November 10 AM – 12 midday
Location: Rockingham beach and ocean - alongside of Rockingham Jetty, Val St/Esplanade
Kayakers and paddle boarders: To launch from Flinders Lane car park at 10am, paddle to the Rockingham jetty, keeping to the ocean side of the swimmers, rest then return to launch point by 12:00.

The drummers will accompany the flotilla walking/ drumming in parallel on the footpath by Churchill Park
