The Home Office have successfully appealed the earlier ruling that showed the proscription of Palestine Action to be unlawful. This is unjust, and it will not go unopposed. This news came just three days after a judge sentenced four young people as “terrorists” without them ever being charged with a terrorism offence.
Together, we need to pile the pressure onto the UK Government to end complicity in war crimes and to end the manipulation of UK law to silence effective opposition.
