The Policy for the People Fund is a grassroots-powered campaign fund created to protect our communities, lands, waters, and future through bold, Indigenous-led policy advocacy and direct action.
This fund supports the 501(c)(4) arm of 7 Directions of Service, allowing us to engage in vital political and legislative work—including lobbying, grassroots mobilization, and building people power to influence decision-makers. Whether we’re fighting pipelines, advocating for the Rights of Nature, defending sacred lands, or pushing for justice for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, this fund fuels our collective ability to act.
We believe policy should serve the people, not corporations. This fund ensures our voices are not only heard—but protected and amplified in the places where decisions are made.
