The Alaska Climate Action Network (AK CAN!) is a the outreach arm of the Alaska Institute for Climate & Energy (ALICE). We are a statewide grassroots network of concerned citizens, scientists, Native Village leaders, renewable energy experts and community-based citizen groups united by our desire for effective action to address the ecological and climate crisis impacting our people and state. We seek to identify and advocate for science and Traditional knowledge-based solutions that move Alaska towards an equitable, resilient, prosperous and renewable future.
