The Cape Fear Five Star Project is dedicated to the improvement of hospital care at the Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington North Carolina. When the hospital was sold to Novant in 2020 we were promised that Novant would make it high quality hospital. The hospital has been ranked at two stars by Medicare for the last 5 consecutive years. We have waited long enough and we deserve better. This group is dedicated to pressing the New Hanover County Commissioners and Novant Health to provide clarity and accountability about quality improvement at the hospital
