The End Child Poverty in California Coalition, or ECPCA, dares to imagine a liberated future, free from systemic racism and poverty, in which all children experience childhoods of abundance, dignity, love, and opportunities to thrive. To achieve this vision, we are building a joyful movement by centering communities, developing authentic partnerships, and advancing public investments that create transformative, intergenerational change.

ECPCA is a project of GRACE (Gather, Respect, Advocate, Change Engage), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, and the GRACE End Child Poverty Institute, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit social welfare organization.
