Klaus: it was my goal as a moderator. „ … to have a better understanding of „Follow the Science.“, which is the Fridays for Future and Climate Strike main goal for societies. Fridays for Future are not mainly interested in an undefined general uprising against everything in general because we are based on the broadest consensus which is fixed in the UN goals for sustainability and in the IPCC reports. Anything else is consider as a action without consensus and without Science.“
Fridays for Future honors and acknowledges activism by all people with climate strikes, protests, meet ups and demonstrations, both online and offline.
This group is NOT an anonymous bulletin board: Just sending a post and not being interested in the communication is like throwing a newspaper on a person's head in the morning.
Social Media groups are about communication of activities and how to unite behind the science. It‘s a platform of discussion, exchange and respectful relationships, while still being tough on climate. Build the activism, courageous spirit. Size and reach to a great number of membership is good for an activity like demonstrations. But a group in social media only focusing on a great number of members is far less worth.

History
On or around 2022 January Janine O'Keeffe made an attempt to create this document and Advice process start. see below. Klaus Czepan had taken good care of the group for many months often with little support, while others were in burn out or busy. Out of respect for his continuous work, it felt like a good time to document this group, as he left, so as to capture his intent, with the hope to pass this on to new people.
On or around 2022 January Klaus Czepan retired.
On or around 2021-2020 Klaus Czepan main moderator with moderator support from LB, Ola Gabrielson, EP and a scout group, where people showing significant interest, having trouble following the rules where invited and for burn out.
On or around 2021 December MW retired. HEH after being unblocked joined as a moderator.
On or around 2020 December Adam retired
On or around 2020 August MW joined to improve statistical information.
On or around 2020 June new Facebook Rules were introduced.
On or around 2020 June JH retired.
On or around 2020 March AH retired.
On or around 2019 June to December: A Mynttorget climate striker became main moderator with support HE.
On or around 2019 June, FFF page and FFF Sweden page became Admin.
On or around 2018 October: Janine friended every person coming into the group, until she reached 5,000 friends.
On or around 2018 October: This Facebook Group, of a few hundred, was given to Janine O'Keeffe with Fridays for Future from Klimat Inspiratör. The agreement was with TV. Janine O'Keeffe had already been using it to create the weekly the Fridays for Future event for Mynttorget in Stockholm.
On or around 2018 January Janine O'Keeffe became admin. TV had started the group for Klimataktions KlimatInspiratör
At the same time, we agreed to also use the #SchoolStrike4Climate for the young strikers and the Greta specifically requested for us to use @GretaThunberg with every post.

Advice Process
Any person can make any decision for the group but ‘should’ seek advice from affected parties and people with expertise (Refer to examples of Advice Process in 1).
The person is under no obligation to integrate every piece of advice. But advice ‘must’ be sought and taken into ‘serious consideration’. The bigger the decision the wider the net must be cast. (1)
Activism Funnel
Activism is a Funnel and the funnel looks a little like this. Social Media are like the arms and legs of activism.
First a person sees a post and react. Then they look up the page. After a while they want to 'post', so they need to find a group, hopefully friendly! Then they want to be a scout, join a chat or a private group, and get more involved and serious, eventually they join a 'slack' type of conversation.
We need to be ready to work with this flow and be in service for the climate.
gROUP, Local, Individual autonomy
Many of us follow Greta and try to be in sync with her ideas. Let's face it she is very wise. And then there comes an alternative that feels like it is far more in service for the climate for some, so one or several people may choose the alternative path. This is a 'fork' in open source software, a 'branch' in ecological activism. We are using our individual local autonomy. After a few days, months or years the two different methods may make something even greater.
ACTIVISM
The process of activism is often an individual process. A good description of our activist side is to imagine that it is equivalent to Parker Palmer’s description of an individual's 'Soul' by, suggested by Fredrick Laloux's book, 'Reinventing Organizations'.
In summary, similar to the activist side of ourselves, a soul is like a wild animal, which is very shy and, if you search for your soul by stomping through the forest, it will run and hide, but if you carefully sit under a tree and wait, the soul is inquisitive may come out to visit. Like your activist side, the soul enjoys respectful relationships, goodwill and is a source of endless hope.
On a personal note, this is a form of spiritualism which may be hard to accept, as it can lead people into the trap of traditional religions, which have for a long time been a source of individual oppression. In such a case, a new definition is needed. With that warning said, many great individuals, e.g. indigenous, are deeply religious and they have 'learnings' for all of us. These 'learnings' can grow the common good.
