Grid Justice Colorado is a grassroots, volunteer-led coalition of residents, renters, and small business owners across the Front Range. We formed during the December 2025 utility crisis to demand accountability from Xcel Energy and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

Our mission is to end the "Two-Tiered Energy System" that prioritizes shareholder dividends over grid modernization. We believe that preemptive power shutoffs are a symptom of infrastructure neglect, not a solution for public safety.
