Tom Harding and Richard Labrie are Canadian Rail workers and members of Steelworkers Union Local 1976.  They have been scapegoated for the tragic oil train wreck in Lac-Mégantic QC on July 6, 2013.  Every condition for that disaster was driven by Corporate decisions.  Rail Safety is not advanced by scapegoating workers who had no control over those decisions.
