I'm Josh Rosenau, a city councilmember-elect in the City of Lake Forest Park, WA.

I believe everyone in town should be able to walk to the store without having to walk in traffic or cross a state highway, and kids and caregivers should be able to walk or bike to a park without dodging cars. I want to put the "lake" in Lake Forest Park, giving everyone a fantastic lakefront park. I think we should build homes our own kids can afford, their grandparents can downsize into without leaving their community, and that will welcome new neighbors of all backgrounds and beliefs.

I think the LFP city council needs a conservation scientist, a PTA dad, a nonprofit leader, and a dedicated community-builder like me.

The campaign is over, but the work of advocating for the city doesn't end on election day. I'll keep sending updates on events in and around LFP, and welcome your engagement.
