Medicare for All Hawaiʻi
Medicare for All Hawaiʻi is dedicated to identifying and publicizing issues that are critical to the preservation and restoration of an effective health care system at national, state, and local levels, specifically, on all islands in the State of Hawaiʻi.
The organization will investigate, create position papers, advocate for, conduct educational forums, and propose legislation drawn from consensus views of the Health Committee’s membership in support of sound health care policy. In carrying out these tasks, the Healthcare For All Hawaii will be guided by health-related party platform planks and resolutions adopted at the state party convention, if those platforms remain focused on this groups mission statement, and will actively lobby for Universal Single Payer Health Care, aka, Medicare for All, to remain both a platform priority and an ongoing legislative priority.
