Our motto is When We Vote, We Win! We do this by creating opportunities for political engagement and civic participation to build the political structure required for sustainable, continuous gains.

Since 2017, Network NOVA has transformed Virginia politics through the organization and hosting of our annual Women’s Summit. As a grassroots organizational hub, Network NOVA has grown and expanded its reach by providing additional platforms for political engagement. This includes a weekly video podcast, Friday Power Lunch and a weekly BADASS Briefing email, which delivers political actions and news to subscribers, and Virginia's postcard writing  program Postcards4VA.

Our mission is to connect with others in Virginia and beyond for the purpose of promoting the democratic values of equality, justice, and human rights by creating opportunities for political engagement and civic participation to educate, engage, and empower voters, candidates, and elected officials. We strive to strengthen partnerships and build broad coalitions to continues the progress of winning back electoral power.  We produce the annual Women’s Summit, the weekly Friday Power Lunch, and more.
