The Pennsylvania Harm Reduction Network (PAHRN) was born to meet meet an urgent need for a new state-wide harm reduction advocacy organization in PA.

This group is focused on including opportunities for your involvement, feedback, guidance, and suggestions, as well as invitations to help build accountability into everything the PA Harm Reduction Network does, especially when it comes to centering the most targeted and impacted among us.
