On Tuesday, September 20th, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed the Fentanyl Testing Strip Bill HB 1393. We thank the Senate Judiciary Committee for acting on this critical legislation and prioritizing the health and lives of Pennsylvanians.

Over 5,200 Pennsylvanians died from a preventable illicit drug overdose last year, There is no time to waste, HB 1393 must be scheduled for a vote on the Senate floor immediately. There are only five days left in this session, so we must act now!
