Purge Palantir Maine is a grassroots movement made up of thousands of Mainers and dozens of community organizations who recognize the danger of companies like Palantir and want them out of our state and especially out of our hospitals.

Palantir Technologies is a U.S. military-tech company, funded by the CIA, that builds AI-powered data tools for mass data collection and surveillance, which is currently fueling ICE-led deportations, genocide, and war worldwide.

Palantir is NOT a health tech company, and its track record in the space so far, such as the work they have done for the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, has been abysmal. Despite this, Palantir technology is deeply embedded in the MaineHealth medical system.

An internal report released by the NHS called Palantir's healthcare data systems 'slow', 'clunky ', and said they provided a 'poor user experience'. Palantir has proven so dangerous and reckless in the areas they do actually specialize in - chiefly spycraft and warfare - that governments and governmental agencies across the globe are kicking them to the curb and opting for bespoke data systems that assure their data sovereignty. From Spain to Switzerland, and France to the UK: countries worldwide have recognized just how dangerous and incompetent Palantir is, and they're taking responsible action to protect critical data and essential health services.

Palantir is also a gleeful supporter of Israel in their genocidal campaign against the Palestinian people, and they provide massive support to ICE in their ethnic cleansing terror campaign against immigrants here at home.

Grossly incompetent and unproven corporations responsible for countless human rights violations have no place in our healthcare system or our state. MaineHealth must drop Palantir!
