Ask our legislators to VOTE YES on HB1164 to prohibit employers from asking prospective employees their past salary history.

Currently there are 22 states and 23 municipalities that have banned some form of asking for past salary history. Asking for past salary history only perpetuates wage discrimination for women and minorities
