At the 2025 Representative Assembly of the National Education Association, delegates voted in favor of New Business Item #39 to not use, endorse, or publicize any materials from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL).

The ADL has long marketed itself as an expert advisor to school communities on antisemitism and other forms of bias. However, despite its reputation as a civil rights organization, the ADL is not the social justice educational partner it claims to be.

This is an historic victory for the movement for Palestinian rights. As a result, the ADL and its zionist allies have been pressuring NEA leadership to block NBI 39 from proceeding.
