Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is a renowned pediatrician and acting director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza who has been illegally held captive without charge and tortured by the Israeli military since December 2024 — more than 500 days!

Dr. Mazen Rantisi is a Palestinian doctor who is known as “the doctor of the poor” because he often treats low-income patients free-of-charge in the West Bank. He has been wrongfully detained since June.

Dr. Abu Safiya's attorney stated that during his last visit, Dr. Abu Safiya was barely able to speak, breathe, or even sit.

He is a beloved doctor and father who refused to leave his patients behind, particularly Palestinian infants, as Israel continued bombing Gaza and targeting hospitals.

Dr. Rantisi’s lawyer stated that he has become thin and weak because he is not receiving enough quality food and is enduring physical abuse by the Israeli military, including Israeli soldiers throwing tear gas at Palestinian cells and beating Palestinian detainees.

Dr. Rantisi is one of the most popular doctors in the West Bank, known for providing free or low-cost medical care to underserved Palestinians. He frequently provided essential medications to families unable to afford them.

Send a message to your two U.S. Senators and Representative: Ask them to sign on to any Congressional letters calling for Dr. Abu Safiya's and Dr. Rantisi’s release, and to make a public statement demanding the release of both doctors.
