Tell Congress: No War With Iran!

Update: June 27, 2025
The U.S. Senate voted against (47-53) Sen. Kaine's Iran War Powers Resolution. Sen. Rand Paul was the only Republican to vote 'yes' with Democrats and Sen. Fetterman was the only Democrat to vote 'no' with Republicans.

Update: June 21, 2025
The U.S. bombed Iran without Congressional authorization. This is unconstitutional. Write your Members of Congress NOW and tell them to support the Iran War Powers Resolutions expected to get a vote this coming week. A vote on Sen. Kaine's Iran War Powers Resolution is expected on Thur (June 26) or possibly earlier.

In the early hours of June 13, 2025, Israel launched horrific and illegal strikes on Iran in the heart of its capital, Tehran, killing scores of civilians. Israel carried out targeted assassinations of top leaders, scientists, and a negotiator involved in diplomatic talks with the U.S.

As some Members of Congress issue pro-war messages of support for Israel’s military assault on Iran, we must say loudly and clearly:  the American people do not support a war on Iran.

We urge Members of Congress to call for and support diplomatic means to de-escalate, rather than fan the flames of war.

We urge Senators to support Sen. Kaine's Iran War Powers Resolution introduced on June 16, 2025. A similar bipartisan War Powers Resolution on Iran was introduced in the House on June 17, 2025 by Reps. Massie and Khanna - urge your House member to cosponsor.
