The Rohingya Genocide Determination Act of 2021 (S.1142) would require the State Department to make a genocide determination in the case of the Rohingya within 90 days of passage. It would also require the Biden administration to report on what action it is taking to prevent the Myanmar military from committing further atrocities against civilians.

Never again should the Myanmar military commit genocide or any other atrocities against the peoples on Myanmar. By holding the Myanmar military accountable for their genocide against the Rohingya, we can build the international pressure to end its brutal rule. Please email your U.S. senators today to urge that they support and co-sponsor S.1142.
