UPDATE: LB258 has advanced past the first round of debate, with a filibuster-proof 33-vote supermajority breaking Cloture, but 32 votes advancing the bill to the second round of debate.

Working minors in Nebraska deserve Dignity and Respect. Senator Raybould doesn't think so. Once again, she thinks she has the votes in the Nebraska Legislature to override the citizen-initiated state statute Initiative 433, known as Raise the Wage Nebraska, passed by voters in 2022, and deny the will of the Second House. Let your state senator know that you oppose LB258.
