UPDATE: LB258 will have its final vote in the Legislature sometime in 2026, probably as early as January.  

Working minors in Nebraska deserve Dignity and Respect. Senator Raybould doesn't think so. Once again, she thinks she has the votes in the Nebraska Legislature to override the citizen-initiated state statute Initiative 433, known as Raise the Wage Nebraska, passed by voters in 2022, and deny the will of the Second House. Let your state senator know that you oppose LB258.
