Thirty-four state senators think Nebraskans have no idea what they voted for when they demanded Paid Sick Leave in the 2024 Election. Now, they're trying to scale it back, so that the following classes don't accrue paid time off:

• Temporary and seasonal agricultural workers
• Workers under 16 years of age
• Workers working for an employer with 10 or fewer employees

If your state senator voted Nay, thank them for supporting working families and respecting the will of the voters.
