As the 2026 Georgia Legislative Session moves forward, it’s imperative that our lawmakers hear from us about the priorities we want them to focus on. The 2026 Reproductive Justice State Policy Agenda provides a roadmap forward so ALL Georgians can make full and equitable decisions about our bodies, our families, and with our communities.

We must urge those who represent us in the Georgia legislature to champion this agenda.

Many of you were present for the Reproductive Justice Advocacy Day where we spoke to our legislators about these legislative priorities. This is a great opportunity to follow up with your representatives about the policies included in the agenda. Feel free to focus in on a few policies that you are most passionate about.
