We are eighty-four Amazon drivers and dispatchers in Palmdale who are taking on the largest logistics company in the world to demand safe jobs and fair pay. We organized a union with the Teamsters in April and negotiated a contract that raised wages and guaranteed the right to refuse unsafe work. Amazon responded by committing numerous unfair labor practices in violation of federal labor law, including refusing to bargain with our union and announcing it was terminating the Amazon delivery provider where we work, unlawfully causing us to lose our jobs.
