We are opposed to Churchill Downs application to close a section of 4th Street. The case is formally referred to as case #: 19STREETS1002.

We are collecting signatures of residents in the area who support our petition to SAVE 4TH STREET by opposing the closing of 4th Street. 4th Street should remain open AND current issues with connectedness and safety on existing streets should be addressed.

A copy of this petition will be sent to the relevant Metro Louisville Departments overseeing this process: Planning Commission and the Louisville Metro Council.
