Metro DC DSA is fighting for the improvement, expansion and sustainable funding of universal public services, including energy, homes, transit, and public spaces operated for the public good!

We believe its time for WMATA and its member jurisdictions to prioritize equity, affordability, and sustainability in its transit-oriented development planning. Following the call of Amalgamated Transit Union 689 and the Green New Deal for Housing Campaign, we urge DMVMoves members to move swiftly to tax land and fund Metro to lead the development of 'Green Social Housing Eco-Districts' region-wide.
