REI has been union busting ever since we started unionizing our stores, and they need to know that shoppers across the country won’t stand for this behavior! Please sign our petition and demand that REI Leadership negotiate a contract in good faith by the end of this year.
We’re asking for your help because enough is enough. We’ve been fighting for years to reach a first contract, and REI won’t even meet us halfway. They claim they “start from a place of respect and believe we can “go further together.” Yet, they fight against us at every turn - refusing to hear our ideas for a more equitable workplace. It’s time we gather as many signatures as possible and show the REI board that thousands of shoppers value a unionized workforce!

I believe that REI is moving firmly in the wrong direction by engaging in such aggressive union busting.
