Frankie for Greenbelt

Let's gooooo!!! Frankie Fritz is running for Greenbelt City Council on a platform which includes capping rent increases, the right to collective bargaining, and enhanced public transit in Greenbelt. This campaign is more than just about Frankie as a representative -- it's about fighting for real political change and representation for residents of Greenbelt on their city council. We have already been talking to our neighbors in Greenbelt and they are hungry for change and receptive to Frankie's platform.
Let's kick off this campaign together: come by Frankie's house in Greenbelt to celebrate their run and get ready to get them into office.
An organizer in Maryland for over 8 years, Frankie was drawn to Greenbelt by its rich history and culture of cooperation and is a proud member of Greenbelt Homes Incorporated ("GHI), the Coop Supermarket and Pharmacy, and the Greenbelt Cinema. Frankie has organized extensively on labor, environment, housing, and tax justice issues with the Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), and served as chair of the Prince George's County and Montgomery County branches.
A first generation college student raised in New Jersey by his grandparents, a United States postal worker and a teaching assistant, Frankie attended the George Washington University and received a Bachelor's of Arts in History with a minor in Sustainability.
