We are the London general members branch of the Industrial Workers of the World. We are a member-led, grassroots union, founded in 1905, that fights for a better world by building worker’s power. We are open to all workers (including students, retirees, and the unemployed) and organise across all sectors using direct action, grassroots democracy and worker-led organising. Our union is especially active in education, hospitality, cleaning and the charity sector.
