This week, Senator Bernie Sanders is forcing a vote in the Senate on Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRD) to block weapons to Israel, including more than 35,000 destructive 2,000-pound bombs.

We must escalate our pressure to stop funding genocide. Contact your Members of Congress today and urge them to support the resolutions to block these arms transfers.

Since Israel broke the ceasefire on March 17, the Israeli military has killed more than 1,000 Palestinians in Gaza, including at least 322 children. From the minute the ceasefire went into effect, Israel and the U.S. worked to undermine it, shamelessly advocating for the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from Gaza. As the bombing continues to escalate, Israel has also blocked all humanitarian from entering Gaza for over 30 days.

Now, the Trump administration is attempting to send an additional $12 billion in weapons to Israel, further fueling its genocidal campaign. Tomorrow’s anticipated vote in the Senate could block $8.8 billion of these weapons sales.
