DSA is a democratic organization, but what does that mean? We have to fairly and transparently balance both the wills and needs of our members even when there are deep differences in perspectives.

If that sounds challenging, that’s because it is! This week-long training will introduce you to the tools to make and execute decisions democratically, including delegation of authority, parliamentary process, and consultative democracy. This is a course for all experience levels of DSA members!
