United Working Families is an independent political organization dedicated to giving a political voice to working people and to advancing a progressive policy agenda in Chicago and Illinois. We bring together community organizations, union members and progressive activists to fight for racial, social and economic justice. We work to recruit, train, run and support progressive candidates for elected office and hold them accountable to the political agenda of our communities.
